The AICC Strategic Plan (2026–2029) sets out our priorities for strengthening community wellbeing, inclusion, and representation over the next three years. It provides a clear roadmap for building organisational capability, advancing peace and human rights, and deepening our engagement with government and the broader Australian community.

The AICC Strategic Plan (2026–2029) will be reviewed regularly by the Management Committee and the Advisory Group, informed by ongoing feedback from the community through consultation sessions and surveys. This ensures the Plan remains responsive to emerging priorities and continues to reflect the immediate and evolving needs of Iranian‑Australians.
