Australian Iranian Community Council
Naghmeh Danai is a registered migration agent with extensive experience in migration law, business leadership, and community engagement. Naghmeh holds a postgraduate qualification in Migration Law and Practice from Griffith University and has supported migrants through complex visa pathways since 2008.

With more than 18 years of managing her own practice, Naghmeh brings deep expertise in visa strategy, settlement support, and liaison with the Department of Home Affairs and assessing authorities. Naghmeh’s early work as a translator further strengthens her ability to engage across diverse cultural and linguistic contexts.

Naghmeh has contributed to community leadership through roles including Vice President of the Iranian Society of Queensland, where she supported policy development, strategic planning, grant applications, and collaborative initiatives with organisations such as Multicultural Australia.

Naghmeh previously served as Vice President of the Iranian Society of Queensland in 2023-24, where she and his team led major reforms in governance, digital infrastructure, and community engagement. Naghmeh brings a strong blend of financial stewardship, regulatory understanding, and operational discipline shaped by her extensive experience as a registered migration agent and business owner. Her skillset spans compliance management, client‑centred service delivery, and meticulous record‑keeping, all essential to maintaining transparent and accountable financial systems. She is highly proficient in managing documentation, coordinating multi‑stakeholder processes, and ensuring accuracy across complex administrative workflows. With strengths in communication, problem‑solving, and ethical decision‑making, Naghmeh contributes a steady, detail‑oriented approach to budgeting, financial reporting, and governance oversight within AICC.
