AICC will deliver a Career Development Workshop facilitated by Michael Kavian, an experienced employment specialist with a strong record of supporting jobseekers through Queensland’s Back to Work program. Drawing on extensive expertise in career planning, compliance‑focused service delivery and employment pathway development, the workshop will equip participants with practical skills in job readiness, workplace expectations and professional communication. This workshop will form part of AICC’s strategic plan to deliver a series of evidence‑based, community‑focused employment capability programs in the future.
